Looks like Rodriguez sold 3.5m shares on market. $$6.3m.
Hall sold 1.6m off market and exercised 1.6m 20c oppies. $320k to the company and a nice $2.340m in his pocket.
Carter sold 2.7m shares on market for $4.860.
Some people get peeved when directors sell but I have no issue with it if they are still driving the company to bigger and better things. These guys have done extremely well for us and let's face it, they are here to make a buck as well.
