    no, Gallus provided USD$2,744,386 loan for 159,594,362 shares

    But, the fact that they were prepare to provide $20 mil for 206 mil shares. Means the stock was worth something

    i'd say we call an AGM, then put the company up for sale and return monies back to shareholders.
