Ann: Change in substantial holding, page-5

Hey KSD,
FIL were first reported as substantial holders (>5%) on 15th of September 2017.
Purchases of 3.6million share between July and September brought a total holding of 42.5million shares by the 15th of September which pushed them above the 5% disclosure threshold.
there's no telling how long FIL had held the ~39million shares that they would have held at the start of July.
Around 20million shares changed hands in early March 2017 when the share price was around 30 cents so I'd guess they built a fair bit of a stake there but that is a guess.
I'll do some digging with Fidelity directly.
