Yes, hard to say where it will finish up by the time they unload it all though I wouldn't be surprised if one of the other instos just took out the rest in one foul swoop. Regal have also shown they increase and decrease their holdings over the last few years. So they may not unload everything.
This is a significant asymmetrical play. Downside is a distressed trade sale (worst case 50% downside) and on the upside, if they get their crap in order and execute a more effective sales strategy, a 5-10 bagger.
