It's just a 604 form change of material holding, they don't have to release 604 instantly but this is a bit late.
The $35m raised last year diluted Mark's holding, of cos to you and me as well, if you look at the shares number he holds, it actually increased instead of decreasing. So the reduced holding as explained is due to dilution from the material CR.
Everything is fine. It's just we all have been washed thin by CR...incl Mark himself.
