    Yeap... poor thing... can't get it right... his business model is a failure and old... and now thinks by buying in more it will drive market confidence LMAO.

    This is pretty close the end of the Real Estate Bubble cycle in OZ land and around many other countries....

    In 3 years to max 5 yrs, and only in my opinion, HVN will not even exist....
