Directors in nice suits are paying themsleves extravagant salaries. Regardless the stock is going up/down/another round of consolidation, it won't affect their pockets, they still receive fixed massive pays every month. After observing thi stock for quite sometimes, my conclusion is to avoid this stock, imo.
