That is the fear. Since Blackrock has >5% (substantial holder) they have to disclose every share they buy and hold.
If they are to sell the rest on market (no one knows for certain) then expect this share price to be 5cents or lower even if Silver hits $USD20.
Capital Preservation is the key (even Buffet's number One Rule is "Do not lose money" and Rule 2 is "Do not forget Rule 1"). When SVL listed on the ASX the price of Silver was AROUND $USD16 and it opened at around 15cents. Now the price of Silver is almost $USD17 its trading at 9.5cents. That is almost a 40% loss on the share price.
