All small shows when they're starting out need to raise capital. SVL are going to need to find unquantifiable millions from somewhere if they're going to start a mine. The 2 or 3 million in their last quarterly report or whatever they have isn't going to cut it to state the obvious. It would be no surprise if news was kicking around about raising funds, this can only be a good thing. They were always going to have to raise the funds or sell it or get a JV going.
