    Of course, the emission free power, (whether it be wave, solar or any other renewable type), can be used by any industry that consumes electricity, desalination being just one of many.

    Desalination should be a priority in places where it is most needed.

    Is there a more important commodity than freshwater?

    I can't think of one.
