Talk is cheap - walking the talk, not so much.
DTZ needs to put runs on the board ASAP. Market might accept one more, highly dilutive, cap raise before it's lights out time.
Current holders need to accept the fact this is more than likely going sub-10 very soon with no real revenue and a large list of failed promises and missed milestones.
