Considering ( by your own admission) how long you have held, your returns based on the current offer will in fact be p poor and there may well be no other offer. In fact, no other offer would be my sentiment.
Therefore anyone interested in making money would move on to far greener pastures (as the fund has done).
The VLA experience is all but over. IMO.
