Hey All,

Did you all know this week is National Kidney Week?  Dimerix have done their bit on Twitter & I know their Directors have been very supportive in the past.  I also donate when I can & will again this week.  

This is just one of the life changing things they provide to people on dialysis...the big red kidney bus.

This is available to dialysis patients in Victoria & NSW & parked in popular holiday spots for 2 months at a time & staffed by qualified dialysis nurses & renal technicians.  I guess most of us look forward to a holiday, & can up & go when you plan it.  Being on dialysis & keeping you alive, particularly haemodialysis would limit your travel ability and options.  I think this is amazing & particularly wonderful for families with children on dialysis, Big 4 holiday parks have some great stuff for kids.  You can plan your trips to be well looked after. .

If you think this has nothing to do with DXB & DMX-200 trial...this is exactly what they hope to reduce, the reliance on dialysis & transplant & massively improve kidney function & therefore quality of life.
