Shame the notice doesn't disclose his shareholding. It doesn't mean he has sold shares. It also doesn't mean that he didn't take part in the rights issue.
His previous notice showed he owned 5.11% of the company. Sub holders are those with 5% or more.
Given the company has recently issued more shares in addition to the rights issue it's pretty obvious he was going to be diluted in the same way Peter Meurs was.
I think this guy is part of Yodambao but not 100% sure..
