Ceasing to be a sub holder and change in sub holding etc and they still list 7.1% holding. 5% is the ceiling for a substantial holder is it not??
Interesting how it comes 2 days after Jeffrey E Schwarz gets on the board of Molopo and he is still involved with MCA capital according to the mallesons change in holding form page 3...........
Or am i not reading this correct......hard to work out whats going on!! Anyone able to shed some light
