as others have remarked, funds have holding limits and as the sp of IMU has risen this would have increased the % of IMU within whichever Platinum fund, possibly necessitating the selling. I also believe Platinum would be sitting on a considerable number of options in addition to possibly buying more as speculated by another poster.
