you have misquoted me I did not say 'Mgt are free to disclose what they wish and when they wish'

what I said was 'As this is an open label trial the management are free to disclose or on the other hand not disclose information until when appropiate'.

"when appropiate" has a differant meaning compared to "when they wish"

I really think that Leslie and the reast of the scientists and management team have not been uplaying the trials they disclosed how the data looked for the first cohort and have indicated that we the market would get updates when each cohort is completed
Most posters on this site seam to be be of the opinion that Leslie and the scientific team seam to be taking a very conservative approach when compared to other companies as far as hype goes.
And Leslie says they are collecting beautiful data then why not say that ?
they have been sharing that data with us at the end of the first cohort (which is when the price went up) and they are still collecting data.
Its open label so that the company can give us updates and we wiil probably expect some more soon.
