Being open label I am not sure how you expect that information to stay secret. On the trials in which I was involved, the results were obvious for all to see who were involved in the testing.
'Leaked to her'? Once again, on the open label trials I was involved in, we submitted imaging results (images and report) to the company as soon as they were available. The company then announced results as each tranche of patients was finished.
I fully expect that Leslie is able to access the trial results, however releasing them piecemeal would be irresponsible on the part of the company. Surely you would agree that information garnered from a small number of the total trial participants would be potentially misleading? Imagine if they announced great result's from the first few patients only to have the remainder illicit no immune response.
I have invested in a number of biotechs, and those involved in open trials tended to only provide market updates at set milestones or predetermined intervals.
I would love to know what sort of open label trials you have been involved in where no one conducting the trial knew anything that could have given them an advantage??
