All correct, FP. I worked comms for an ASX crowd for 20 years. The disclosure regime provides a number of ‘carve outs’ whereby companies in possession of sensitive news do not have to release it. These include confidential and incomplete discussions. It seems from Super’s remarks that Leslie possesses incomplete data that a reasonable person would not expect to be released. Once the report is completed, it must be released and I’m sure will be.
Given the quantum of Platinum’s sells, our SP has held up well. Very happy to hold in anticipation of further good news.
