I’d have thought, in an ethically-constructed Trial, that she is not allowed access to its data. Unless, they’ve done interim analysis, which should be market-sensitive and released to the ASX.
If she’s seeing ‘beautiful data’ (which I’m fairly confident is ‘market sensitive’) then she is legally bound to release it as an announcement to the ASX.
So, she’s either telling porkies (she isn’t allowed to ‘see’ the data) or she’s breaking ASX rules (she must inform the market) or the ‘beautiful data’ comment was misheard?
