And if anyone believes that Malcolm was intentionally soft in the Merck negotiation, for every dollar per share that he "left" on the table, he is $6.6M out of pocket (as he owns 6.6M shares & options).

The fact that he hasn't converted his 5.4M options (by selling shares) as yet may mean that he is expecting a better offer in the future via the auction process. I'm still hopeful ....
