Is that Lepu wanted in and saw the potential. Management said let’s get this party started, and said we will call the bluff of big pharma.. they took the cash and said we now have the cash to go to phase 3.. big pharma would have been telling vla for years they can’t do it themselves and that they should be taking tiny offers..

And here we are.. Lepu is the catalyst imho..
