Lets assume IAM are accurately portraying this George chap and his very impressive credentials. To me it then becomes a case of being even more confident in IAM as someone of Georges background and his recent attachment to CBA ( and given IAM / CBA have been dealing for 20 months ) would not jump onboard a company that was going nowhere..... with his resume' he could have got a job anywhere so he must really believe in what he has seen and wants to be part of what he must obviously see as the future.
