All good points Andre lw but I’ll finish with this to consider. DXN are building out Uptime certified Tier 3 and Tier 4 space which is an independent assessment from the same institute who assessed the NXT sites. I think there is a lot more to it than few shelves and walls given that and the only thing that differs is their modular construction and the cost they can do this for because they build it all themselves. They also have a history of building them they already have client sites they have put into production using this exact model.
Comparing this to Amazon is like try to compare a gearbox manufacturer to Ford.
