    Andrew you are obv very knowledgable in this area given your profession, given they would be independently certified tier I/II/III/IV - I would assume there is stringent safety/Security requirements to get such certification ? In the prospectus they highlight that they are tied III/IV certified , so wouldn’t this be enough to alleviate your security concerns for a low capex operation ?
