I am semi interested in this one due to the space but also have some concerns - I have not had time to look extensively into it.

At the present time I work close to this space with a significant MS Azure partner in Sydney - data centres are not a major area of expertise but a big part of the picture, we are in direct contact and have deployments in all the main DCs in APAC.

The cloud data centre space is a big growth area and they MAY have something but I’m not convinced. You have to understand the nature of concern re: security and data breaches from customers - there is a lot to this - Azure only got IRAP sign off last week.

Sure Next DC has grown significantly (I own shares) and there is plenty of growth to be had in this space but how do these guys kick this off the ground and compete with AWS and Azure? How secure are they? Have they signed anyone or do they have many deals in the pipeline? How big is the addressable market for modular DCs?

I would love this to be a strong play and would possibly invest but fairly sceptical - they will need more than just being in the cloud space, it will not be easy to sign customers up.

Can anyone shed any more light, as I say, haven’t had time to research.
