Not only that but this was a trivial non fundamental ann i believe you call them blue paint which negatively affected their sp ie contract could be a sweet deal for 6 months or even 12 then suddenly that $40 saving becomes a $40 expense / liability by hiking up their price once they have you committed to rail.
