Have you ever organised the logistics of moving containers road to rail? Unless your packing operation is along side the rail head it’s hardly going to pay off on a relatively short haul. In this case BKT has a road haul to its rail head only approximately 40km shorter than Volts total haul to port.
I’ll say it again this was a poor attempt at a down ramp this close to funding.
