It would seem to suggest that is the case. This may have legs yet. Some interesting references in the announcement to communication issues and hence the joint company secretary role. Encouraging signs that the actions that got us to this point may not have been "with intent".
If the company is in as much "rude health" as past trading updates have suggested, then the new board has a lot of flexibility in how they manage this business and shareholders going forward. The next updates as to trading, etc will tell and I suspect these new directors will need some time to get their heads around these aspects before positive board actions can take place.
Looking forward to a possible dividend and restoration of share price value!
