    One would assume so. I am sure Mejority negotiated with XPD to either let them handle the situation or see them in Court. XPD had no choice but now to play by the book.

    Mejority is well connected to Hongkong as well so may not rule out a buyout or relisting to Hongkong. I I think Mejority is trying everythin they can to claim their 15c per share back.
