Looks like the conversation went better than expected and the loan holder was offered a board position.
Katherine Iscoe was not technically required to step down as Nick Prosser was appointed as a Non-Executive Director only.
Now at least we will find out if he sold his shares. They need to disclose his interest in the company over the next few days.
The $500k will last until the end of April based on my calculations. I believe they will drawdown further and try to complete a placement when there is sufficient demand. IMO there is no demand at the moment and this will continue to be the case unless they show recurring revenue.
