    It is much easier for Klaus to be at "arms length" and introduce a new project to Argent by way of his deal making connections than if he had continued on the board. The procedures for a board member to bring in a new project are much more onerous. Having Peter Wall an experienced lawyer and deal maker as Chairman is an astute move
