I share the sentiment Don. If the insto is holding long i would rather have key management holding it long at this stage in the business. The price they sold for is relatively positive, but nothing flash.
In my opinion its improving MRR, retention rates and announcements of future contracts is what will ultimately move share price.
I dont share the same positivity around this announcement, but i could easily be wrong.
