In case you don't know, Vocus have a lot of swanky office space which can be cut.

It's not as if they'll lose employees to the even more frugal TPM if they cut back on office luxury.

There are numerous other items from the VB era. Hence the focus needs to be on Price/Revenue, as the cost base for the new owner could be different i.e. transferring customers onto existing systems rather than adopting Vocus'.
