the only reason VOC would ever get to a tad over $2.50 is if they were actually considered as a feasible takeover target!
but holders would not sell at such an insulting SP.
so basically, the stalemate will continue ad infinitum-$2.30 to $2.55.
sure it could get worse, but you can bank on it that things ain't gonna get betta.
