Could be ACA. Last Change notice from ACA showed 41.1m shares and this notice os for 40.8m shares. Possibly a default by ACA and Barclays positioning to be ready to sell once relist.

If these shares come on the market, will be a huge weight to any potential share price recovery (unless they come back on and also announce a chunky dividend as well). At lot of competing agendas developing here. It is coming down to a game of strategy for the Board - how to best resuscitate this stock!
