I was there for around 2.0 - 2.5 years. Yes, I decided to leave and accepted a different type of role with another global fund manager. My main reason for leaving was I felt there were limited opportunities to progress with that business into the areas I was interested at the time, and it wasn't a reflection of the people I worked with or the business itself. In hindsight, that role gave me some really good experience and I am grateful for it to this day.
In short, MYX has fallen out of favour due to some macro conditions affecting the whole industry. There is the feeling those conditions are starting to abate and despite some impairment charges and other ST noise relating to the Teva acquisition, it has left the business with a strong growth pipeline. At current levels I'm happy to hold and see what the next 12 months looks like. MYX not Myer
