My mistake for skimming quickly through the entire document. Apparently MUFJ owns 20% of MS thus both firms have to declare and yes you are right, the 6% is jointly held by both firms.

Anyway, might see a test of ~$0.5 in the coming weeks before a bull run. Might do a re-entry when the charts are showing the signs.
