actually, when you i look again at this notice, the dates are a while ago (of course they should inform market within 5 days but flaunt that rule). they reached 5% back on either 17 January 2018 or maybe November as early as November 2017. So they could be welll north of that by now. They are likely trying to build a minimum 10% stake on the cheap.
