It's good to see a cashed up listed fund arriving on the register. These guys are big on property and value. Surely part of the value these guys see is the property idt own? From looking at their property in the past surely it would be worth more than their ev. When idt reviewed options for best way forward they considered selling the property and agreed there are more profitable ways of proceeding by continuing with select generics and continuing contracts and development business. They will also look at selling unrequired assets and cutting costs. From this low base there is a lot of upside if their new direction is successful.
