    I think you'll find that a lot of the efforts/focus by the big players in Europe (BMW, Mercedes, VW group) will be out of China, including batteries.
    Also, don't discount the commercial EV programmes, as the market for EV buses is China alone is already massive (as big a personal vehicles)
