The market is so explosive surrounding higher storage and efficiency outcomes for the battery market, that the probability for a positive outcome is enough to convince large players to be in the game early.
It is like large companies in the US not awaiting governmental slow decisions on climate change, they become carbon free on their own merit as they evaluated the financial burden and impact from inaction compared to action now.
That evaluation equation would apply here as well.
The risk of missing out would outpace the risk of failure.
To go back to my climate model comparison, action of companies prior to governmental action was based on overwhelming scientific evidence to support the decision.
Similar evidence surrounding our Anteo coat technology would be needed to make such a decision now by a large battery end user in this highly competitive industry, in my humble opinion.
