Please note the words "negotiating detailed off take terms" (i.e: not simply "In discussions with...") and then have a look at the definition of 'negotiating' below from Dictionary.Com:

verb (used without object), negotiated, negotiating.

to deal or bargain with another or others, as in the preparation of a treaty or contract or in preliminaries to a business deal.

This will not get smashed Monday.

MCM I literally was going to post this top dot point as we have not seen this wording before. We have seen along the lines of 'marketing offtake' not 'detailed terms'. I like the positive spin and concur that this will not impact the SP negatively. Quite the opposite. The question is why has this presentation has been triggered...
