Rouge, I'm not taking a stance, "for or against" SYR.
Mine is more a mere curiosity: shouldn't the broken dryer, which I assumed was bought as new, be covered by a warranty? If so, there should be no fixing cost for SYR.
If there is a fixing cost regardless of warranty, the defect to the dryer was probably caused by mishandling by staff.
Anyhow, I'm just think out loud because this is the type of glitch that plagues most mining/processing ramp-ups. Nothing out of the ordinary.
