What I do not understand from the ANN is why should there be a price to repair the dryer? Regardless of its materiality, I would have imagined that a new equipment would have at least a 1 year guarantee.
If the guarantee cannot/will not be invoked, the question is whether a human mistake caused the problem (a massive break down, given the 8 week period it will take to fix it).
