I am not sure, but I think we agree.

I don't believe a CR for NUH been an issue of concern for anyone, FOR THE RIGHT REASONS. It may be necessary to fund growth and working capital investment.

On the other hand, if "concern" is right word, a CR will very likely reduce the SP in the short term. They all do (cf WPL 2 weeks ago).

With a little financial less uncertainty today, than yesterday, I think all of us would dig deep to fund the growth.
