    The posters wording was
    "got some of this in the recent placement at 0.80"
    The poster did not say "I have applied to get some".
    The placement has not taken place yet for retail investors. The poster could have reconfirmed but did not.

    I bought on market at average of 70c and i have no way to value options but 30c does seems too high.
