I posed the question when A3D was 70 cents. I won't be participating at this stage and imo on market it is a buy at around these levels if you're planning on investing in this Company with what is now a 6 plus month view.

Don't know why they moved from Alto for the subsequent two raisings? Maybe it was to capture different sophisticated/professional investors but both raisings have annoyed me from a share holder perspective in particular this last one!!
