Ok lets do a little maths here. Currently the company has 4,318,434,264 shares plus another 1,333,333,333 shares to be issued with the recent 20 million raised. So now we have a total of 5,651,767,597 shares on issue which if you times that by 80 cents gives us a market Cap of $4,521,414,077, that's over 4 billion dollars for those who can't understand big numbers.
Now what's the chance of this company being worth that much. I'll tell you, Zero chance.
Now even if you meant to say 8 cents, that still works out to a MK of just over 452 million, which is almost exactly what WHC is currently worth. Now as a comparison WHC are actually a profitable coal mining company whilst AQC doesn't even have mining approval(and will be facing stiff resistance to it). This is a classic example of why you need to know how many shares are on issue and some fundamental knowledge of the company before you can just throw a random number out there. If people cant understand this basic concept they will lose a lot of money chasing fairy tales.
I believe the company is priced fairly at the moment and if anything will most likely drift back towards 1.5 cents now that we know the share issue is being done at this price.
