    This Tartana "deal" is the only thing that will save SDV now
    Will us SDV shareholders load up on our priority IPO allocation in Tartana - seed capital raised at 10c and it now looks like they want double that in the IPO
    Doubt very much whether anything will come of these "MOUs" in the good old US of A
